Job Description

The role involves assisting customers at the branch with financial services such as loans and repayments, verifying and updating customer documents, explaining product details, interest rates, and repayment terms in a simple way, supporting loan processing and approval activities, maintaining accurate records of transactions, handling customer queries and complaints, coordinating with internal staff for smooth branch operations, and also helping in basic sales or cross-selling of financial and insurance products to meet branch targets.
