Assisting customers in selecting and completing vehicle insurance for new and existing cars, explaining different insurance plans, premiums, and coverage options, coordinating with insurance companies, ensuring all documents are properly completed for policy issuance or renewal, supporting customers during claim processing, maintaining insurance records, and working closely with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth car delivery.
