Job Description

The Direct Sales Executive (DSE) in L&T Finance Ltd. is responsible for generating leads and acquiring customers for loan products like personal, business, and vehicle loans. The role involves field sales, explaining products, collecting KYC documents, and supporting loan processing. You must achieve monthly sales targets while following company policies and RBI/NBFC compliance rules.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ethical sales practices and company code of conduct
• Fraud detection and prevention awareness
• Document verification and financial audit compliance awareness
• Cyber safety basics (secure handling of CRM logins, passwords, and customer data)
• Basic training in banking/financial compliance standards (preferred)
