Finance Operations Executive

Job Description

The role involves acquiring customers for financial products such as personal loans, business loans, home loans, and vehicle loans. You will generate and follow up on leads through field visits or branch interactions, explain product features like interest rates, EMI, and eligibility, and guide customers in completing required documentation such as KYC and income proof. You will also coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement. Along with achieving monthly sales targets, you must follow company policies, maintain customer relationships, and strictly adhere to RBI/NBFC compliance and ethical sales practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

• KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance knowledge
• RBI and NBFC regulatory guidelines awareness
• Customer data privacy and confidentiality awareness
• Ethical financial practices and company code of conduct
• Fraud prevention and detection awareness
• Cyber safety basics (secure handling of CRM logins, passwords, and systems)
