Job Description

We are hiring a Finance & Legal Executive responsible for managing financial operations and ensuring legal compliance within the organization. The candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and knowledgeable in both finance and legal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records, accounts, and bookkeeping activities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Handle tax-related work including GST, TDS, and compliance filings

• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial planning

Roles & Responsibilities

• Knowledge of financial compliance laws and regulations
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation rules
